Why I did'nt want Jesus to be crucified?

I give this testimony, as a creation of the lord.I have never dared to peep into volumes of legal artefacts, neither do i have acquaintance with barrons of judgement.I speak on behalf of ordinary men and women who commit crimes and get to inflict pain by their very own.Every human consciously or unconsciously do acts of sin.As men of prudence, we punish them in their own scales for the sins abiding by the laws which govern us.
No laws legally allows a father or a friend to nominate themselves to suffer the pain for somebody else's mistake.I totally aknowledge that it is the greatest sacrifice to suffer for somebody else's pain, may be that's why Jesus Christ is revered by his believers.Think of a society where somebody does all the bad karma and we find a scapegoat to severe that punishment.
Will people repend just because somebody was willing to take their punishment.Would you on a personal front accept somebody who murdered you loved one's to escape, by nominating his loved ones for the capital punishment. Can this process stop the sins of the sinners.I dont know what is the way out to dwindle the miseries in this world. Would postive or negative reinforcement for a crime or nominating somebody else for it would yeild results.Lets not find yet another scapegoat and crucify him for our sins!!!

Mama, you seem to be missing the whole point. The ' Passion Of Christ ' was not to absolve humans of all sin... It was to firstly, show man that there is still hope that he can be forgiven. Secondly, that God is inherently merciful, that he wants man to be redeemed. Thirdly, He laid the foundation for what today, is seen as the highest virtue- Self Sacrifice. Through the passion Jesus demonstrated not that god is willing to take all sin upon himself, but that man can hope for a better future if only he would believe!

Absolutely right Hari, That's the whole point i wanted to drive. The root of this article was a pamplet which was given to me and a couple of prayer mass which i attended in a church. The main focus of their preaching was that god reedmed us by sacrificing him for the our sins.I was just thinking how it would prevent us from doing sins?.Only if a person undergoes the punishment for his sins.He would atleast consider avoiding them!!!
